Cathy Derocher Cathy Derocher is a life long resident of White Lake Township. After earning her B.A. from Michigan State University in Employee Relations and Communications, she worked in the business sector for 15 years in benefit administration, and recruiting. She is accredited as an elections administrator and Cathy is pleased to have the opportunity to work in the community where she and her husband are raising their family.
