The White Lake Township Treasurer's office is now accepting Passport Applications from 8:30 AM 4:00 PM.
First time applicants will need to provide the following:
1. Proof of US Citizenship
2. Proof of Idenity
3. Two Photographs that meet the requirements of the US Dept of State
4. Appropriate fees
For children under the age of 14, both parents or legal guardian(s) must appear and present the following
1. Proof of child's US Citizenship
2. Evidence of child's relationship to parents or guardian(s)
3. Parents or Guardian(s) identification
4. Appropriate fees
Passport fees vary depending on age, new application or renewal or if expedited service is requested.
Fees are as follows:
Age- 16 and older
Fee to US Dept. of State- $67.00
Fee to White Lake Township- $30.00
Under Age 16 - $52.00 $30.00
Expedited Service add $60.00 per application to the US Dept. of State. Additional postage fees may apply for this service.
Please be prepared to pay your fees with one check made out to the
U.S. Department of State for the passport fee and cash,
check or money order made payable to White Lake Township.
