Passports

The White Lake Township Treasurer's office will process Passport applications from 8:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.passport.jpg

 


First time applicants will need to provide the following:

1. Proof of US Citizenship
2. Proof of Idenity
3. One photograph that meets the requirements of the US Dept of State
4. Appropriate fees
5. Completed passport application

 

For children under the age of 16, both parents or legal guardian(s) must appear and present the following:

1. Proof of child's US Citizenship
2. Evidence of child's relationship to parents or guardian(s)
3. Parents or Guardian(s) identification
4. One photograph that meets the requirements of the US Dept of State 
5. Appropriate fees
6. Completed passport application

Passport fees vary:

Age- 16 and older
Fee to US Dept. of State - $110.00
Fee to White Lake Township - $25.00

Under Age 16
Fee to US Dept. of State - $80.00
Fee to White Lake Township - $25.00

Expedited Service require an additional $60.00 per application - additional postage fees may apply.

 

Please be prepared to pay your fees with one check made out to the U.S. Department of State for the passport fee and cash, check or money order made payable to White Lake Township.
