Art therapy is something that has been used for years.  It can help de-stress or relax you.  Relaxing helps lower your blood pressure, lesson anxiety, reduce tension headaches, stabilize moods and increase attention span.  Check in the office for more information.

On the first Friday of each month, visit with County Commissioner Eileen Kowall,  State Senator Mike Kowall, Congressman David Trott and Representative Jim Runestad.  Our Representatives will take turns bringing in our Birthday Cake.  Hope you can join us for the fun!
