In the RISING of the SUN
and in its going down,
WE REMEMBER THEM.
When we are weary
and in NEED of STRENGTH,
WE REMEMBER THEM.
When we are lost
and SICK at HEART,
WE REMEMBER THEM.
When we have JOYS
we yearn to SHARE,
WE REMEMBER THEM.
So long as we live, THEY too shall LIVE
for they are now a part of us as
WE REMEMBER THEM.

Barbara Ott had been employed by White Lake Township since 11/24/96.
She became a deputy on 10/21/01.
She received her Treasurer’s Certification from Central Michigan University on May 3, 2007.
Anyone that met Barbara loved Barbara.
She was an invaluable asset to me and the township. Her abilities of accurate reporting and efficient handling of financial forms and statements enabled me to entrust responsibilities with complete confidence.
During these tenebrific times, that has affected so many people that knew the Ott family, it has been a horrendous loss, of two wonderful people.
Barbara was a staff member of White Lake Township, Deputy Treasurer, and a committee volunteer for the Fisk Farm Festival, the Tree Lighting Ceremony, and a mentor to anyone that needed her.
She was dependable and a capable employee that possessed superior work ethics.
Mike Ott performed electrical work for the township as a subcontractor. He also proved himself to be dependable, professional in his job performances and work ethics.
My office would like to thank everyone, including the township board members, fellow workers, for the wonderful condolences, love, kindness, and genuine compassion to me, Lisa, and Amy.
These two wonderful people will be truly missed.
God bless you “Barbara & Mike. You will always be with us!
