We also oversee the completion of the required site construction and documentation for all of the development projects within the Township to ensure compliance. The Environmental component of the Planning Department oversees Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control (SESC) Ordinance #116, as well as Wetlands Ordinance #105. Further information on documentsrelated to these ordinances and the permits that may be applicable to a project or parcel of land can be found under Forms & Applications. Included under the Environmental umbrella would also be a wide variety of other local, county, and state programs and initiatives that White Lake Township is currently involved in.
