Tai Chi is becoming very popular for its many health benefits. Not only is it low impact, and good for your body, but it focuses on mental health as well. It does this by using breathing techniques and visualization. Anyone can do Tai Chi and it does not require any exercise equipment. It has been known to help those with different types of arthritis, stress, depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, diabetes and more. Each week you will learn proper form and new movements and all will come together as a smooth flowing session.
