NOTICE OF ADOPTION

ORDINANCE NO. 129 FEE ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that at a regular board meeting on January 17, 2023, held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, the Charter Township of White Lake adopted amendments to Ordinance No. 129, Fee Ordinance.   An ordinance to amend Section 10 - Cemeteries,  Section 16 - Construction Code, Section 22 - Sewer Systems, Section 26 - Fire Prevention and Protection,  and Section 30 - Treasurer’s Office of Ordinance 129, White Lake Township Fee Ordinance, which ordinance sets forth the various fees charged, security require and fines assessed for each Township Ordinance and Township Department. 

A complete copy of this ordinance and amendment is available for public inspection at the office of the Township Clerk, White Lake Township Hall, located at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383, Monday through Friday during the Township’s regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. during summer hours), excluding holidays and on the Township’s website at www.whitelaketwp.com.
