NOTICE OF ADOPTION
AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP

Notice is hereby given that on February 21, 2023, the Charter Township of White Lake adopted an amendment to the White Lake Township Zoning Map, rezoning property described as parcel number 12-11-401-003, located at 9400 Gale Road, consisting of approximately 42.53 acres. The property was rezoned from (AG) Agricultural to (SF) Suburban Farms.

This amendment will be effective following the expiration of seven (7) days after publication and in accordance with MCL 125.3402. The amendment and zoning map are available for public inspection at the office of the Township Clerk, White Lake Township Hall, located at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383, Monday through Friday during the Township’s regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (excluding holidays).
