NOTICE OF ADOPTION
AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP

Notice is hereby given that on May 17, 2022; the Charter Township of White Lake adopted an amendment to the White Lake Township Zoning Ordinance, rezoning property described as parcel number 12-23-129-007, located at 9501 Highland Road, consisting of approximately 1 acre. The property was rezoned from (LB) Local Business to (GB) General Business.

This amendment will be effective seven (7) days after publication. The amendment and zoning map are available for public inspection at the office of the Township Clerk, White Lake Township Hall, located at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383, Monday through Friday during the Township’s regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (excluding holidays)
