NOTICE OF ADOPTION
AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP

Notice is hereby given that on July 19, 2022, the Charter Township of White Lake adopted an amendment to the White Lake Township Zoning Map, rezoning property described as parcel number 12-36-176-002, located on the west side of Union Lake Road, between Hutchins Road and Colley Lake Road, consisting approximately 8.7 acres. The property was rezoned from (LB) Local Business to (PD) Planned Development.

This amendment will be effective seven (7) days after publication. The amendment and zoning map are available for public inspection at the office of the Township Clerk, White Lake Township Hall, located at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383, Monday through Friday during the Township’s regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (excluding holidays)
