NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION
AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP

Notice is hereby given that on September 20, 2022, the Township Board of the Charter Township of White Lake introduced an amendment to the White Lake Township Zoning Map, rezoning property described as parcel number 12-15-300-005, located at 2110 Haley Road, consisting of approximately 68.93 acres.

The property is requested to be rezoned from (AG) Agricultural to (SF) Suburban Farms or any other appropriate zoning district. Final consideration to be made at the October 18, 2022 regular Township Board meeting.

Individuals needing assistance or aid to attend the meeting should contact the White Lake Clerk’s Office by writing or calling 248-698-3300 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. A copy of this Ordinance and proposed amendment is available for public inspection by CLICKING HERE or at the office of the Township Clerk, White Lake Township Hall, located at 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383, Monday through Friday during the Township’s regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (excluding holidays) and on the Township’s website at www.whitelaketwp.com.
