Board of Review

The Board of Review consists of three members of the community who are knowledgeable, educated, or have experience in property valuation.  The Board of Review meets three times a year in March, July, and December.

The March Board of Review is the only time a residential property owner can appeal the values proposed by the Assessor.   

 

Dates and times for appointments are on your Assessment Change Notice and as follows:

Tuesday, March 5th, 2024

9:00 a.m (Organizational Meeting )

Monday,  March 11th, 2024 

9:00 am - 12:00 pm    &   1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Wednesday, March 13th, 2024

1:00 pm -  4:00 pm    &    6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

 

The July and December Boards of Review have limited authority. They are only authorized to correct qualified errors which are limited to clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact. They may also hear requests for certain exemptions such as Hardship Exemptions.
