Permits & Guidelines

Many permit applications can be processed via email.   For permits that can be submitted via email, we'll process the permit and send you back the invoice information and a link for online payment.  If you are coming into the building to drop off your application, please have your forms completed prior to entering the building.  Contractor registration needs to be up to date prior to permit issuance. Contractor registrations are good for one (1) calendar year.

If you are using a contractor to complete your project, the contractor should be pulling the permit.  See the tab to the left for more information.

For permit submittals or any questions you may have, please email the Building Department at: permits@whitelaketwp.com
