Cemetery

The Clerk's office has the responsibility to maintain all cemetery records for the White Lake, Oxbow Lakeside and Granger cemeteries.  The White Lake Cemetery has lots available for purchase.  At this time there are no available lots in the Oxbow Lakeside and Granger cemeteries. Lots are available for purchase during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. For emergency needs, please contact the Cemetery Sexton.

UPDATE:

As we continue to move forward with the cemetery clean up efforts, we recognize that grounds maintenance within our cemeteries is a sensitive matter for many families and loved ones. The Township remains committed to balancing individual preferences with the requirements of the Township Cemetery Ordinance for the benefit of the entire community.

We respectfully ask all affected parties to review the applicable regulations and continue to remove any prohibited personal items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, ornaments, signs, trellises, statues, benches, landscaping bricks, stones, grave border materials or other structures not expressly allowed by ordinance.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps preserve the appearance, safety, dignity, and respectful condition of the Township cemeteries for all who visit.
