Senior Welfare Contact Program

The Senior Welfare Contact Program is a concept of cooperation between law enforcement, senior services and seniors in the community to reduce the criminal victimization of the elderly, provide home security checks, establish neighborhood watch programs and conduct monthly welfare checks.

The goal of the White Lake Township Police Department is to work in conjunction with our senior citizens to better address their needs and improve their quality of life in the community.

By participating in the program, seniors will have a representative from the department that will contact them monthly, check their wellbeing, address concerns or problems in the community and assist them with senior services available both locally and nationally.  Through joint cooperation, the White Lake Township Police Department will better serve our ever growing senior population and reduce the opportunity for victimization.

To Participate, seniors or a family member are required to complete the form provided through the link below.  A department representative will contact the senior to schedule a meeting.

If you or someone you know is in need assistance or could benefit from this program, please fill out the form below.  If you have any question regarding the Senior Welfare Contact Program, please call the White Lake Police Department at 248-698-4400.
